How much does shipping cost (national & international)?

Shipping within Germany costs €5.50. Shipping to the EU costs €14.50, and to Switzerland €16.99. Shipping to Finland and Sweden costs €17.99, as the packages are delivered directly to your door.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It usually takes 1-3 business days for us to pack the order and forward it to the parcel service provider. DHL or Deutsche Post normally requires 2-5 days to deliver domestic parcels. This does not apply to weekends or holidays. Delays in delivery may occur due to postal errors, weather conditions, and other reasons related to the service provider.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided. You can enter this tracking number on the DHL website to track your package. Please use this tracking option so you know where your package is at any given time. Important: DHL will not send you an email if your package is taken to a parcel station. Therefore, it is important that you track your package regularly.

Are our packaging environmentally friendly?

The slimes are shipped in sustainable and recyclable boxes, mostly filled with organic corn chips. We also pad them with recycled paper or recycled bubble wrap. Orders of just one slime are shipped in mailing bags. The slimes are housed in airtight containers, which can be reused even after the slime has been used. The care sheet and extras are bundled in a fabric goodie bag, which can, of course, also be reused for gifts, jewelry, etc.

I entered the wrong address. Can I still change the address?

In such a case, please contact us immediately by email (mail@avocadoslimeez.de) and provide us with your order number and the correct address. We will endeavor to accommodate your address change. If the order has already been shipped, an address change is no longer possible, and the customer is responsible for all associated costs.

Do we ship internationally?

We currently ship throughout the EU and Switzerland. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout before payment. Please note that international shipments take longer than domestic shipments. Customers are 100% responsible for any additional fees charged by their respective countries during or after shipping (customs duties, taxes, etc.). However, these are generally not applicable—don't worry :)

My package or item is damaged. What should I do?

Please send us an email with a complete picture of the damaged item or package and we will work to provide you with a solution as quickly as possible. 

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within three days of receiving the order. The timeframe is determined to ensure solid evidence is provided.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Please send us an email with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item. We will work to provide you with a solution as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
