How much does shipping cost (national & international)?

Shipping within Germany costs €4.50. Shipping to the EU costs €12.99 and to Switzerland €15.99.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

It usually takes 1-3 working days for us to pack the order and pass it on to the parcel service provider. DHL or Deutsche Post normally needs 2-5 days to deliver the national parcel. This does not apply to weekends and public holidays. Delays in transport can occur due to postal operational errors, weather conditions and other reasons of the service provider.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided. You can enter this tracking number on the DHL website and use it to track your package. Please use this tracking option so that you know where your package is at any given time. Important: DHL will not send you an email if your package is taken to a parcel station. It is therefore important that you track your package regularly.

Is our packaging environmentally friendly?

The slimes are shipped in sustainable and recyclable boxes, which are mostly filled with organic corn packaging chips. We also sometimes pad them with recycled paper or bubble wrap with 50% recycled content. Orders of just one slime are shipped in shipping bags. The slimes are in airtight containers, which can be reused even after the slime has been used. The care sheet, business card and extras are bundled in a goodie bag, which is made of fabric and can of course also be reused as a gift/for jewelry/etc.

I entered the wrong address, can I still change the address?

In such a case, please contact us immediately via Instagram (Avocadoslimeez) or by email (mail@avocadoslimeez.de) and tell us your order number and the correct address. We will endeavor to take note of your address change. If the order has already been shipped, an address change is no longer possible and the customer is liable for all costs incurred.

Do we ship internationally?

We currently ship to all of the EU as well as Switzerland. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout before payment. Please note that international shipments take longer than domestic shipments. Customers are 100% responsible for any additional fees charged by their respective countries during or after shipping (customs duties, taxes, etc.). However, these usually do not apply - don't worry :)

My package says it was delivered but it's not there?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, the carrier may have left the package in a safer location or taken it to a nearby post office. Please check your mailbox, other surroundings, your neighbors and the nearest post office. Feel free to contact us if you have any problems. 

We do not provide refunds or replacements for packages marked as "delivered." 

My package or items are damaged. What should I do?

Please send us an Instagram DM (Avocadoslimeez) or email (mail@avocadoslimeez.de) with a full picture of the damaged item or package and we will work to provide a solution for you as soon as possible. 

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receiving the order. The time frame is set to ensure that solid evidence is provided.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Please send us an Instagram DM (Avocadoslimeez) or an email to avocadoslimeez@gmx.de with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item. We will work to provide a solution for you as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to request a cancellation of your order, please send us an Instagram DM (Avocadoslimeez) or an email to mail@avocadoslimeez.de. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
