How much does shipping cost (national & international)?
Shipping within Germany costs €5.90. Shipping to other EU countries costs €14.90 and to Switzerland €16.99. Shipping to Finland and Sweden costs €17.99, as the packages are delivered directly to your door.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It usually takes 1-3 business days for us to pack your order and hand it over to the parcel service. Under normal circumstances, DHL or Deutsche Post typically takes 2-5 days to deliver a domestic parcel. This excludes weekends and holidays. Delays in transport can occur due to postal service errors, weather conditions, and other reasons related to the service provider.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided. You can enter this tracking number on the DHL website to track your package. Please use this tracking option so you know where your package is. Important: DHL will not send you an email if your package is delivered to a parcel locker. Therefore, it is important that you track your package regularly.
Are our packaging options environmentally friendly?
The slimes are shipped in sustainable and recyclable cardboard boxes, mostly filled with organic corn packing peanuts. We also use recycled paper or recycled bubble wrap for cushioning. Orders of a single slime are shipped in padded envelopes. The slimes are contained in airtight containers that can be reused after use. The care sheet and extras are bundled in a fabric goodie bag, which can also be reused for gifts, jewelry, etc.
I entered the wrong address, can I still change it?
In such a case, please contact us immediately by email (mail@avocadoslimeez.de) and provide your order number and correct address. We will do our best to process your address change. If the order has already been shipped, an address change is no longer possible, and the customer will be liable for all associated costs.
Do we ship internationally?
We currently ship throughout the EU and to Switzerland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment. Please note that international shipments take longer than domestic shipments. Customers are 100% responsible for any additional fees levied by their respective countries during or after shipping (customs duties, taxes, etc.). However, these are usually not incurred – no worries :)
My package or item is damaged. What should I do?
Please send us an email with a full picture of the damaged item or package and we will work as quickly as possible to provide a solution for you.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within three days of receiving the order. This timeframe is set to ensure that solid evidence is provided.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Please send us an email with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item. We will work to provide a solution for you as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please send us an email as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
